- Shout out to Chris Saunders, he was plowing snow on MD 27 when he saw this dog running in traffic. The pup was nearly hit a few times before Chris could grab it. He brought the dog into the snow plow for safety and warmth. The pup has been returned to it family. #MDOTCares
