Please stop overhyping these “so called “ sponsored kids. When we see them most do nothing. Basketball is basketball. College coaches please do your job and recruit talent and not jerseys. Please it’s killing youth basketball.

Mid Atlantic Select offers select boys basketball teams (13u-17u) that compete in high caliber local, regional, and national events.
- Kids going to D2 schools from local sponsored teams is a great achievement, but let’s not knock it when kids from non sponsored teams commit D2 & claim lack of exposure or they should’ve went higher. Free scholarships at any level are a blessing. Parents pay attention!
- Everyone loves Ja Morant now. Nobody mentioned him in HS. Where all those highly rated guards that were ahead of him? 🤔. Never feed into the hype. Stay humble & hungry. Don’t get too high or too low.
- We wanted to update everyone on our plans for the remainder of 2020...
- If your Senior and you have nothing and D2 is offering full scholarship accept it. D2 is win. Anybody saying otherwise is lying.
- 10 Mid Major Guys got drafted last night. Schools such as Murray St, Gonzaga,Belmont, Hofstra, Charleston, Nevada,Wyoming, San Deigo St, Yale. Goes to show you can make it from anywhere.
- Good luck to Zach Thomas(Bucknell) will have NBA workout with the Detroit Pistons today.

- 17U MAS Silver Champions going 6-1!! Mezie(Georgtown Prep) win game winning put back. MAS wins 59-58. Great week in Orlando.
- MAS 17U was the only Non-Sponsored team to make it to the Round of 16 at the UA Challenge. Also, going 4-1 & defeating 3 good UAA teams @UAassociation. Only lost was to @WeR1Basketball who’s top 5 team in the country. #MAS #BlueWave.
