A white woman pretends to be black, takes a job shortlisted for black people. Everyone up in arms. A man gets nominated in the women's acting category at major awards. No one says anything. Every film outlet ignores it. Unless it's to call it an achievement. Misogyny is REAL.

A friend of mine who works at a big London theatre says many of the production staff are refusing to have their pronouns on the website, which is annoying senior staff. Now each show only has some people with pronouns instead of all. These are theatre people, a huge change.

Just because this man grew his hair and shaved his face, it doesn't make him a woman. No female patient or colleague should be forced, shamed, berated and subjugated into pretending he's a woman. He's also a biology denier which makes him a pretty shit doctor #TheoUpton #DrUpton

I was talking to an older person today about how bad the govt is, and they said it's not quite as bad as a time in the 70s when they didn't take dead people away and the lights went off for hours at a time everyday. I asked if they were joking, and they said no. I am like... wat.

For those saying JK Rowling is cruel/transphobic in saying India Willoughby is a man, you're wrong. We need to be able to say who men are, otherwise rights women fought hard to get are erased. We cannot let men's identities have more power in law and life than women's reality.
