00:00 - Earlier today jockey Vinnie Bednar gave an update via his Instagram account on his condition after pre-race accident Saturday. Vinnie shared that he did break neck and back in C7 and T7. Thankfully he has full movement and will not need surgery as of now. We wish him the best
