    Root for this filly in Thursday's 7th at Los Al. This is Lovely Finish, who, as you can see, sustained burns in the SLR Fire last December. So did her trainer Joe Herrick, who spent time in the hospital. This will be Lovely Finish's first start of 2018. #drf

    We have a clubhouse leader for most significant late odds change on a winner at Del Mar. As the field for Saturday's 6th was loading, Nanci Griffith was 19-1. Her final price was 6-1. She rallied wide and won. Folks who hoped for approx. $40 on a $2 win ticket, got $14.80. #drf

    In Saturday's 10th at Del Mar, Lovesick Blues rallied to win the G1 Bing Crosby Stakes. Listed at 20-1 on the morning-line, Lovesick Blues was 45-1 as the field was being loaded, and went off at 18-1. #drf
