- Congratulations to Patrick Maher on his 16 year career with Tipperary. Everyone in Lorrha is very proud of his achievements, and we thank him for all of the magnificent memories.
- All in Lorrha Gaa would like to wish the Mcintyre Family all the best in the Final of Irelands Fittest Family tomorrow. Aidan is our Club Chairman, Niall is Club PRO, Clodagh captained our Camogie team to the County title last Month and Eoin was Captain in the 2020 Senior B Final
- We wish Patrick Maher a speedy recovery after a knee injury which has ended his season.
- Two goals in the championship and just +7 for 27 holes of golf to win the Portumna captain's prize ⛳️ It wasn't a bad weekend for our multi-talented Patrick Bonner Maher 🔵⚪️
- Congrats to the Macs in the Irelands Fittest Family Final, millimetres from the title but a serious performance. Great to have them representing Lorrha Gaa on the National Stage.
- Patrick Maher runs the Clonakilty marathon this Sat in aid of Irish cancer society. The plan had been to run in Dublin but Bonner helped his club win county final that same day. We wish him all the best on Sat. You can support his great cause here 🏃♂️👏 justgiving.com/fundraising/pa…
- Congrats to our mastermind @CianHogan1 who was part of the management of the Kildare U20 hurling team who had a fantastic win over Wexford in the Leinster championship last night 🔵⚪️
- It is a tremendous achievement for Kevin Cahalan to be starting on the Tipp minor football team who take on Clare this Sat. Kevin is the only player from north Tipp who has made the team, and is first ever Lorrha player to start a minor football championship match for Tipperary
- After this cruel news, we’d like to wish Bonner the best of luck with his recovery. He has bounced back before, having recovered from a cruciate in 2019, and there is no better man to do it again.
- Huge thanks to David Fogarty of House Fitness Birr for his sponsorship towards Gear for our Senior and Junior Hurlers. On Davids request the @PietaHouse logo and Number was printed on the front. Thanks also to @BourkeSports for providing.
- Congratulations to Brian Hogan who has won his first Hurling Star, becoming the third Lorrha man to be recognised along with Patrick Maher and Brian's dad Ken who was selected in 1987.
- Lorrha Skills Challenge Day 6: Cian Hogan may be under-appreciated by the All-Star committee but he’s not under-appreciated in Lorrha 🔵⚪️ Thanks Cian for taking a break from the intense fitness regime to chip in👌 Next up are the wild Donoghue brothers, Michael and Daniel 👊
00:00 - The thoughts and prayers of everyone in Lorrha GAA are with Dillon Quirke’s friends, his Clonoulty Rossmore club-mates and his family at this difficult time. May he Rest in Peace.
