    Although I did not write a dissent (yet?), I voted against the action. It's another example of the SEC's imprecise legal reasoning in crypto cases, which only adds to the uncertainty for crypto projects in the US.

    1/ It’s disheartening to see an army of people band around ppl who don’t build shit & turn on @kaiynne. I don’t understand how we, as web3 builders, are expected to ship open source code that helps an ecosystem boom as a result. But if a token or platform doesn’t moon.. ☠️

    Started w $40k in crypto, the 2 trades that made me “well off” were way past seed. ETH at $12 SNX at $0.60 Games & punks would have got me there & we were well into the cycle by then. Get involved, be curious, look for alpha by building your own thesis, & ignore the noise. 🧐

    Ethereum's POS (since the merge) has minted 2k $ETH. The POW model would have minted 480k $ETH. This nets out to $600m+ USD. *THE* DeFi narrative is $ETH supply flat as demand stays consistent from retail DCA in 2023. Important: Coincides with BTC halvening #4 in 2024. 🧵 1/

    We'd love to have @natechastain as a part of the @universe_xyz ecosystem. Part of the reason we went DAO first on BOND + XYZ is so I'd never have to learn how greed affects me downstream. I worked with Nate before & think the industry owes him a 2nd chance. Ppl make mistakes. 🤷‍♂️

    The craziest thing about @OlympusDAO is if they succeed at scale, I think they have a wider moat than anything we’ve seen in web3. Maybe more than Bitcoin but I don’t make those rules. 🤷‍♂️ My biggest question isn’t if it fails… What if it doesn’t & starts to eat everything? 🤯
