Very sad news today. Andy Fletcher of Depeche Mode has passed. I knew Andy and considered him a friend. We crossed many of the same pathways as younger men . My heart goes out to his family, bandmates, and DM fans. RIP Fletch.

It's with a heavy heart, I have to report the passing of a Cure brother. Andy Anderson was A true gentleman and a great musician with a wicked sense of humor which he kept until the end, a testament to his beautiful spirit on the last journey. We are blessed to have known him.

RIP Sinéad O’Connor, I only met her once. In a rehearsal studio in London. Quiet and beautiful. I hope she found peace at last.

Thirty eight years ago today we released the third album of a trilogy, Pornography. For me, it was the pinnacle of the three piece version of the Cure. It changed me, and it definitely changed my life forever. Thank you for your belief all these years.

37 years ago today Pornography was released . it’s my favorite album of The Cure. A little while ago I had a custom drum kit built, a beautiful creation of black and purple .The maker asked me what I wanted it to be like . I asked him to make it sound like Pornography . He did !
