Runaan's Hurricane changes: - Now purchasable by melee champs - Bolts now have a minimum range of 350 - Bolt damage is now modified by on-hit modifiers (things like Urgot W which have reduced on-hit effectiveness)- Pls stop using the same combo on every champ, consider yours/theirs stats and items first, this fight shouldn't even be close.
00:00- talon 7/1, only 360 g unspent, 1 item up, lucian has armor mythic and manamune - lucian flashes nothing - lucian is a level down - talon using all in kit and lands all in kit, one "mistake" was ranged q instead of melee q when lucian dashed upwards - lucian almost wins the 1v1 - Saw Kaos playing this, Talon feels super op atm, enjoy free elo (demat for mid, cosmic insight for jungle)
