- Great view of our city from Everton Brow, earlier on today.

- The Sicilian Street food gaff - Cose Buone - that was in St John's Market, has now moved to Cheapside, off Dale Street. Lunchtimes have just got that bit tastier.
- The Royal Liverpool Hospital is closed. A & E deserted. End of an era.
- The first sniffer dog emerges from Micheal Gove's Westminster office.
