The anniversary of the worst day of my life is 2 days away.. I just wanted to remind you all that when this is over... live in the moment, enjoy the little things, be grateful for the people around you, take photos, hug a little harder, love a little stronger. Miss you all💚💛

- This weekend I rode a bus for the first time since April 6th. As horrible as it was I know my 16 amazing angels were watching over from the second I stepped on to the second I stepped off. It’s nice to know #BuckleUpForTheBroncos is really coming into fruition.
- 4 years ago we lost 16 incredibly special individuals and I still have no words. Hug a little tighter. Love a little harder today 💚💛 miss you all. A lot.
- My dad has been an amputee for 25 years and will always inspire me. He mentioned this morning about getting a new leg but surprised me with this instead 💚💛 love you Papa Smith #HumboldtStrong
- I always heard about you through friends and always knew you were somebody I wanted to meet. You became one of my best friends as time went on. You were one talented dude and i’m so grateful I got to see that. Happy birthday Swack, miss you so much man. Love you 😪💛💚
- It is impossible to compare the values of a world vacation that maybe lasts 2 weeks to a whole season with a special group of hockey players. Look at what Timbits hockey does for kids every single year. Get your facts right #FireJessAllen
- Never an easy time of year, but a special thanks to the @spittinchiclets crew for the perfect present to give us some smiles @BizNasty2point0 @ryanwhitney6 @MikeGrinnell_ @RearAdBsBlog 💚💛
- As cliché as it sounds our team truly was about the people behind the scenes too. We were a genuine hockey family and my 2 sticks showing Dayna Brons’ initials from our last game against Nipawin shows what we were all about as Broncos. Once a Bronco, always a Bronco 💚💛
- Because a simple ‘How are you doing?’ message goes farther than you think. It’s important to check on your loved ones and be there for them. Don’t take for granted the degree of mental health #WorldMentalHealthDay18
