So last week @X decides to suspend my account for "inauthentic behaviours". I'm still not 100% sure what I did. It might be me sharing Savannah's petition 7 times within a short space of time. But only on threads already about her. Not wanting a person to die is authentic.

What?!!! Not only is this saying "we don't care if the people we help get sick, become disabled or die" but the additional awfulness of "and we forbid things that might prevent this". Make it make sense!

Or they may be totally happy being single and living a fabulous life and offended that people view singleness as a lesser or precursor status to coupledom rather than an equally valid and fulfilling lifestyle choice. This may or may not coexist with being asexual.

Yep, this!! Presenteeism can kill and disable people at worst, or just cause others to spend a week in bed at best. It's performative, selfish, ableist, and should not be encouraged or rewarded.

I always wanted to go and see the Northern Lights. But with 20 years of #MECFS including the last 5 1/2 #SevereME, it never happened. It's rather lovely that this #MEAwarenessMonth they've come to see me. Pictures aren't great as hands are shaky.

And this is exactly why we need more disabled doctors, because of the ableist staff like the ones stopping you sitting the exam. This is awful, and you'll make an excellent doctor precisely because you have experienced life from a patients point of view.

Surely there's a compromise where it's either automatic if you get pension credit OR apply for it if household income less than say £25,000? I agree that the current system where very rich pensioners get it is unfair and unsustainable, but there's better ways of doing it.

- Why I wear a mask? (He has my medical record in front of him) - How old am I? (3 times in 1 appointment, when it is on the screen in front of him!) He also repeatedly touched my arm, and when he took my blood pressure he pulled my arm right up against his body. 2/

He did however say he would order the 2 tests I wanted. But as soon as those are done and results are back, if they are clear and I don't need gastro any more, then I am putting in 1 hell of a complaint. 10/

And I don't mean friendly chit chat, he was barking questions at me continually, not giving me a chance to answer properly, talking over me, alternating between questions that were relevant but he already had the info on my hospital record or the notes I'd sent in, & these Qs. 3/

I felt belittled, intimidated, creeped out, uncomfortable, concerned. It was like it was the 1950s. He seemed to be enjoying making me uncomfortable & having power over me. The fact that he refused to read my notes & wanted me off meds for other conditions set off alarm bells 9/
