- Sadly I'm going to have to completely shut down my entire @DeviantArt gallery as people keep stealing my art and making NFTs. I can't - and shouldn't have to - report each one and make a case, which is consistently ignored. Sad and frustrating.
- Replying to @LiamRSharpI love @DeviantArt, and have been there for 14 years. I don't blame them, but I see no option at this point.
- Replying to @DeviantArtThanks. I don't blame DeviantArt at all - it's been wonderful over the years! But I just don't have the time to deal with each theft, and the NFT host is useless when it comes to dealing with it. I sincerely hope you can find a way to mitigate this.
- Replying to @LiamRSharp@opensea - this is not the first, there have been many now. The process to report is not intuitive, and the onus is on me to prove I am the artist/owner/creator - which seems wrong - that's IF I even learn about it. The NFT creation side should be more rigorous.
- The Green Lantern #5 is extra special to me as it features a memorial to my dear, departed friend the legend that was Jon Schnepp - a giant, a cat-lover, a comic lover, and a big advocate of my work. I miss him enormously. This is for @hollykpayne the love of his life.
- Finished my last #greenlantern page last night. Almost 600 pages, and over two years of my life. What a wonderful, crazy journey it has been. Safe travels Hal! I’ll miss you man! 💚
- I have been working on an Arthurian epic for over 30 years on and off, refining and refining it. And I still can't find a publisher for it. I think it's nearly time for me to just do it myself. Who'd be interested in supporting such a thing?
- In the Brave and The Bold I did something I’ve always wanted to do - I used the medium of comics to take the readers on a tour of somewhere epic and magical. Comics don’t always have to be hyper-compressed or violent, they can slow time too - which was right for the fairy realm.
- Since Wonder Woman is trending again, here's to the princess that resurrected my career - thank you eternally, Diana!
