    Today I successfully presented a legislative proposal of amending the Roads Act to incorporate & enforce the implementation of Non-Motorized Transport on our roads. Received overwhelming support from the committee & Ministry. It will proceed for publication with few amendments.

    Assuming Noordin Haji or NIS didn't give intelligence report (which is unlikely), did anyone need to be told Kenyans were furious and wouldn't stop until the Finance Bill 2024 was rejected? Kiulizo tu. Kusikiza ground muhimu without blaming anyone.
