Hardest thing as a coach is talking about life lessons that players won’t understand until 5-10 years later 🤦🏿♂️. Those lessons still need to be taught tho 🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️

- Everyone that doesn’t COACH is a COACHING expert 🤦🏿♂️.
- RECRUITS that same coach you blew off in April and May could be your only option by the end of July. Be thorough and respectful and open to every opportunity. You only get one first impression. Make it count. #recruiting
