    I moved to South Africa 4 years after apartheid fell. Ethnic tensions were still high. My father was called to be a pastor of a white church that didn’t care about his skin color but about his character and doctrine. The Gospel achieved something CRT never has: unity in Truth.

    My uncle Voddie recently came to visit. In what had been a difficult week in the immediate aftermath of Charlie’s assassination, his presence meant a lot to me. My first episode of the new Of Flames and Crowns season will feature him. It releases tomorrow.
