    2 years ago I was dealing with the suicide of my sister and managed to drop all the way down to 58kg. Today after a year of hard work and grinding I’m officially sitting @ 88kg, mental illnesses are a bitch but you are not on your own, you are loved ❤️

    1) Just wanted to leave this here - It’s been 2 years today since I lost my 20y old sister to suicide, it’s devastating to say the least. But I’m just here to leave a little message, don’t ever feel like suicides the way! My dms are open for anyone struggling! You are loved!

    #WorldSuicidePreventionDay (1/8) As a lot of people know it’s WSPD, I just wanna put a little tweet out as I can hopefully help someone who’s struggling and give them a few seconds of thought to take a different route. I lost my sister Katie to suicide in December 2019
