- Christian Noble - 3:36.00 new DII 1500m RECORD! First athlete in Lee History to qualify for the US Championships in June with a chance to make a world team!
- 💥💥💥💥💥💥 Celine Ritter just set the DII record for 3k 9:11!!! Smashing the previous 36 year old record by 5 seconds!! 😳😳😳😳😳
- Christian Noble 4:00.60!!!!!!! Just missing a sub 4 mile! Fastest time in the world this year indoor!!!!! D2 #4 ALL-TIME!!!!!!
- Audrey Smith chose not to go to her graduation. Instead, she spent the day dedicated to her goal-qualifying for nationals. You did it, Audrey. You made it to nationals. Congratulations!
- In case you forgot since it’s been 2 years. Christian Noble’s primary event is the 3k steeple. He went 8:39 today demolishing an elite field and smashing his previous school record by 16 seconds! This is a DII auto mark and is the fastest time by any collegian this year
- 4 Championships 1 school 1 academic year 1st school in GSC history to do it.
- We are proud to have hosted the most competitive Division II meet in the country this weekend: 2 - Olympic Trials qualifiers 3 - Division II #1 marks 17 - Division II top 5 marks 26 - Division II top 10 marks 44 - institutions represented 56 - Division II Provisional marks
- Jeremiah McCain goes 14.98 for a new school record in the 110 hurdles, fastest time in the GSC this year and 1st Flame to go sub 15!
- Lady Flames sign Zhevyn Jones from Birmingham, Alabama. She has PRs of 14.53 for the 100 hurdles, 45.33 in the 300 hurdles, and 36’8 in the triple jump. Oh yeah...she is also a 3xState Champion with an outdoor season to go.
- The trees have been cleared. The Track & Field project is in full swing. Coming Spring 2020.
- SUB 4 🤯🔥 Christian breaks 4 minutes in the mile today and his own school record. This is the #1 time in D2 this year ! #FiredUp
