- 4th pick in ‘23 Draft - Wyatt Langford Slow & early load followed by a lighting quick release. Back resisting, causing the knob to float up/away from the rear hip as it turns him open. This creates the slingshot. From there, simply just maintains posture & let’s it ride.
00:00 - Great drill for guys that really like to go out and get the ball🔥 - Elevated front foot restricts sliding forward & promotes more of a turn behind the ball from the back side. - Short bat/connection ball forces the ball to get deep & doesn’t allow the arms to take over.
