    👏 to whoever called the police saying our queue of a handful of people weren't socially distanced despite being 2m apart in clearly marked areas. Maybe try not wasting valuable police time and kicking an industry that is already on its knees 🙄

    This week marks 19 years since a group of local lads hit the stage for their first ever show at The Grapes right here in Sheffield. The set included covers from White Stripes, The Strokes, Fat Boy Slim, plus some early originals. Long live Arctic Monkeys, Steel City's finest ❤

    The landlord is absolutely not the owner of The Leadmill. He is the owner of an old derelict flour mill building. Once we are evicted then everything that has made this building special will be gone. Once we are out, there is no heritage, there is no Leadmill.

    To clarify, if the landlord gets their way then there will be NO more Leadmill. Everything that currently makes our venue what it is will be gone. The sign will go, the staff will go and the building will be stripped of everything that makes it unique, including our name.
