    Black women are twice as likely to be overweight, have heart attacks, develop diabetes, lupus, & hepatitis C. They also 3 times less likely to seek help for depression and anxiety as our white counterparts. So when I tell you we need holistic wellness more than anybody I mean it.

    i just saw a white content creator decline a global brand trip bcz there weren’t any Black people on the trip. she asked if they could replace her spot with a Black person and they declined. now that’s being an ally and that is influencing.
