To the kids that thought it would be funny to build a snowman around a fire hydrant, I’ve already called the cops. I drove by, saw what looked like a regular snowman near the curb, and next thing I know I’m hearing a loud impact. Turns out there was a FIRE HYDRANT inside of it.
