    Adv Teffo: Could the court acquit our clients & order NPA to indict 7 people in that scene of crime judge Maumela: I can't order the prosecution to indict Adv Teffo: In a JG Zuma case against DA, court ordered that he be charged. It showed that court has authority to order NPA.
