- Replying to @bbctmsIt is detrimental to County Cricket, which thousands of us already love. If the Blast had the same publicity and exposure on terrestrial TV and teams could play all their stars, many more thousands would have become interested. No need for franchises in this country.
- I'm not the club - @lancscricket - just a fan. I was there today and there was a well respected minute's applause before the match. Your dad has been part of my life for over 30 years from the days when he did the Lancs commentaries over the phone. Even though I didn't know him..

If I remember rightly, you were surprised when the stadium announcer pointed it out, but unfortunately I don't think the cameras were on you at the time (@skycricket?). Most people didn't realise because of several delays and change of over.
