    Positive culture has to be driven by players. It starts with teammates holding each other to high standards. When you are accountable to your brother and remove our egos, great things can happen. But we have to surrender to the philosophy of us and not me.

    Congrats to our 6 All-State players! 1st Team- Petersen-DL, Markham-QB, Hughes-DB, McCaughey-OL, 2nd Team Tippet-OL and 3rd Team Allen- DL. Very much deserved, but also a reflection on the quality of the teammates around them. We did this together!
