Unpopular opinion: The permanent shift to work from home in tech, is something we’re all going to pay a collective price for, with rapidly deteriorating mental health & so much more we cant see now. More so in countries that don’t have societies that think systemically about life

- The area with max density of luxury cars in Chennai? Outside RA Puram Sangeetha hotel. We usually spot few mercs, bmws, audis. Today we saw a maserati there. Basically, everyone that cashed out from Freshworks now hangs out outside Sangeetha all day :)
- Invested in >10 startups last year. And 2 VC funds 4 categories. Deep tech, SaaS, life sciences & women-led >25% of cos. I come across seem to have a woman founder. Floodgates are opening Ladies, your 2022 reminder > if you have the appetite, there's never been a better time
- I cannot wrap my head around the sheer scale of anything TATA! We got access to the beta version of the TataNeu Super App. Anand & I have been waiting to buy a new TV for ages. Still running on one we picked up at Frys or BestBuy in Portland or something 12 yrs ago. #storytime
- Replying to @LadyAshBorgWe are social beings. Even the most introverted of us, in our own ways. There are ton of advantages bringing work-home together. - With all this money going around startups, if there’s 1 thing I foresee coming - its a crazy crazy war in the talent market. Just a massively lopsided demand - supply situation. Org design, a growth/learning focused culture & automation are going to be front & center next decade
- ummm ... just saw my daughter unlocking my phone repeatedly with face ID ... ummm wut! Has this happened to anyone else with their lookalike kids?
- Replying to @MohapatraHemantPerhaps also why we consistently underestimate women leaders who bring stable, consistent growth over the loud, brash variety? (But you knew I was gonna say that 😂) Think a lot of it goes back to us underestimating qualities needed in the long term, overestimating short term.
- Here’s some respite from the madness that this TL is My 11 yo at the district games, smashing her way through life :) There is nothing nearly as joyous as a child raised in a world of sport or art! Mid week proud mommy moment
00:00 - IDK who needs to hear this but here > People stay in your company because they care about the mission. The mission matters. Culture matters. People want purpose, to care about what they do and who they do it with. Money matters, for sure, but don't let these headlines get to you
