- We are deeply saddened by the passing of Bennet Taft. We wish you could have had the chance to be a Lancer! May your passion for the game live on in everyone that knew you. Prayers to you and your entire family.
- Although we fought our last “Battle” as a team last night you continue yours. We will always be here for you TJ! Keep up the fight and one day soon you’ll be back behind the dish. Lancer for Life!
- The newest addition to the Lake Park Baseball field is a touching memorial bench to Annmarie Ackerley. Mother to pitchers AJ and Tommy, wife to Bill, friend to all. She was a huge baseball mom and will be missed by all. Feel free to sit, reflect, and enjoy the view. Go Lancers!
- The Lake Park Baseball program mourns the sudden passing of Annmarie Ackerley. Her sons AJ (‘16) and Tommy (‘20) were varsity players. She was a wonderful and supportive person and will be missed by all that met her. Our hearts go out to Bill and the boys.
- What a day for the Lancer Baseball team, our fans, school, and community. We fell short of our goal but put up an incredible fight. I’m so proud of all of these guys! 33-5!

- Today was the 500th win for KJ and myself. We started coaching in 1999. Thanks to all of the great players, great parents, and especially our great wives Jeannie and Jen! I couldn’t ask for a better guy to coach with for all of these years! Thanks you all! Go Lancers!
- A special season came to an end yesterday like no other in LP history. Congrats class of 2018 for making this historic run to state. I am so proud of the entire team. I would also like to thank our families, parents, fans, staff, and community. You are the best!
