- In 2021 I closed over 1,000 loans for clients. I saw every detail of their income and life. Black clients who were high earning doctors & lawyers, six figures in bank, perfect credit, and low debt received higher rates and lower loans than white clients making 50-60k a yr.At Navy Federal, the article says you can make $150K a year as a black person and get denied a mortgage compared to a white person making $62K getting approved. Omg they are cooked. The class action they bout to (hopefully) get gon be crazy
