Hire people you trust over their experience. I am truly blessed. The people on my staff are not only my co-workers but are forever friends. When life throws you lemons…have people that will help you make lemonade!

- My Mom & best friend passed this last Sunday. I’ve never felt pain like this. The only comfort I have is knowing that she was a devout christian. I know she is smiling down on us from Heaven. Hug your loved ones…time is precious. I miss you & love you mommy (Bunches + Bunches)!
- It’s going to be a fun few days! Safe travels to all the players, parents, and coaches.
- Thank you to all of my former players, family, and friends that have reached out to me over the last 24 hours. You have made me feel very special. A huge shoutout to all the assistants and support staff I have had over the years. You all have sacrificed for me and this program...
- PSA: High School Coaches, please stop tearing down one kid in order to sell your kid. 1st, we are talking about 14-18 year olds who all have things they can improve on. 2nd, teams have different needs...it’s like a puzzle and we may already have a player just like yours. Thanks!

- I understand her pain. Thanks @MuffetMcGraw for not being afraid to be real in front of the camera. Sleepless nights and always questioning what you did wrong, can really wear you down emotionally. Keep your head up. Your players will continue to fight just like I know mine will.

- When you decorate your house and make her wear a silly hat just to make sure she understands that turning 15 while social distancing can be fun. Lots of surprises scheduled throughout the day 🤪!
