- Culture is not what you say. Culture is how you live. Worth the listen.
- Not playing? 1. What kind of energy are you bringing to your team? 2. Are you staying engaged and invested in the game? This is how you can still positively impact your team, even though you may not be on the floor.
- 2nd team: your job every day is to come in, compete, and make the 1st team better. 1st team: when you get the media spotlight, be like this player and shout-out all the players that do the work without the spotlight.

- HS Players: The point of HS sports isn’t just to go play in college. I never played in college & I put in the extra work. Why? Because I wanted to be a good HS player & to be a good HS team requires you to put in extra work. This applies to anything you pursue in life.
- Everyone wants to be a national champion. Not everyone is a starter. If you are on your scout team, are you fulfilling your role and giving a national championship effort? Every role matters.
- Everyone can be a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ player when it comes to starring in their role. “Everybody’s role is really really important and you just have to play it to the best of your ability.”
- Unbelievable example set by Coach Tang.

- It’s what we do, we wait for stuff to get easier. It will never get easier. What happens is you handle hard better. So make yourself a person that handles hard well. Because if you have a meaningful pursuit in life it will never be easy @karalawson20
