- Had our two best lifting groups battle it out for the Shield this week in a tiebreaker relay—100-yard gassers and a 30-yard farmer carry. Both groups pushed it to the limit, but Group 4 came out on top! Proud of the effort from everyone. #GRIT #SilverKnights🛡️
