    Denuclearization of the DPRK is code for regime change. The Trump White House has just signaled that it isn't serious about peace on the Korean Peninsula. Kim should only meet with Trump if he first recognizes the DPRK as a nuclear power. Anything else would be a waste of time.

    According to online sources, if you lose a NYC Citi Bike you're charged $1,200. The "youths" who accosted the nurse may have been running a scam: They would've gotten a free bike to resell and she would've had to pay. Anyone who thought a nurse attacked five "youths" is insane.

    I work with a few SoCal "liberals." Several times, I have brought up the subject of Californians fleeing the state and seeking to impose the same failed policies that caused them to leave on red states, but they quickly change the subject. They simply will not listen to reason.

    Translation: They're fine with imperialism and imposing their Western "universalist" values on non-Western nations by military force if need be, but they would prefer it be done with "good optics" or, even better, simply be out of sight and out of mind. Call it Catlady Nimbyism.
