I get many requests for help. I have nutrition expertise, but I don't do consultations. If your questions require knowledge about your history to answer, you need more time and clinical experience than I have. I recommend @GeorgiaEdeMD. Previous pin: x.com/ketocarnivore/…

Yes, how reckless of him to continue doing something that resolved serious health issues and has had no measurable downsides! And then to tell people about it! Just think, someone else might try it and get similar results! It's horrifying.

Ten years ago last week I discovered the carnivore diet. Today I'm releasing the introduction to my book-in-progress, Facultative Carnivore: How choosing a diet of exclusively meat—not plants!—can restore your health. facultativecarnivore.com Previous pin:

Heads up in case anyone using @KerrygoldUSA unsalted butter didn't notice they changed the ingredients to add skim milk powder. Too bad.

I'm about to break a fast, four hours short of ten days. I suspect this is going to be the best omelet I've ever had. Haha.

Many are probably not aware of my weight history. I lost ~60lbs going from very low carb to Carnivore in 2009-10 and maintained that effortlessly on an ad libitum, high calorie, high protein, high fat diet for 8 years. I was a LMHR with no diabetic history. BMI 21. 1/

Provisional air-drying setup in the new-to-me fridge. (Salt block may or may not help with humidity.) Air drying steaks and burgers for 2-3 days improves the sear by drying the outside so that when you cook, it gets crispy while the inside can stay juicy and rare. Bonus if

The most wasted, underused organ of all is fat. Meat is being trimmed and the fat is often literally thrown away. Imagine the recalculations of available global food supply if we actually counted the energy from the high fat we cultivated into our ruminants over the millennia.
I'm doing my bit for #Organuary ! With a delicious Chicken-Liver Terrine, easy to prepare and cook - mmmmnnn yeah 😇 Would never even know that you were eating liver... Go to organuary.com and sign up for perfect human nutrition this January! instagram.com/p/B6ylLL5ANVT/…

I just thought of a new moniker for the "Carnivore Trap"-- you know that phenomenon where you innocently try it for 30 days and then find out you can't go back? Hotel Carnivornia 🤨
