Dudes are dudes in 100 degree or 25 degree weather. In the 8am or 10pm game. In front of 20 scouts or 0. Against a ranked team or a town ball team. The ELITE are always elite. They don’t pick and choose. They. Just. Are. #dudes

So why AREN’T you elite? It’s because you choose Fortnite over sweat. It’s because you need a coach to tell you exactly what to do and when to do it, instead of taking the initiative yourself. HOW to be elite isn’t a secret. It just ain’t easy. #BeObsessed

Bad hitters want to face bad pitching. Good hitters want to face good pitching. Elite hitters don’t care. They just hit. #hitting

There are 32 JUNIOR COLLEGE players in the @MLB playoffs this year! JUCO is a very overlooked & misunderstood option for recruits. Give yourself more time to develop, prove you can compete at the college level, get your grades up, and save money. Don’t sleep on JUCO guys 🔥!

This is a D3 college. See all those scouts? What “division” you play at means very little. Pick the PROGRAM, not the division. #dudes

Physical activity during a baseball game... -7 swings -11 sprints -4 ground balls -1 fly ball Time Invested= 3-4HRS Does this sound a formula for success? No, it does not. Prioritize development over playing a hundred games this year. You will like the results. #baseball

Call me crazy but from what I’ve observed, the best coaches out there aren’t necessarily data driven, ex-pros, or geniuses but are elite communicators & relationship builders. #baseball

If you don’t do one of the following... 1. Throw > 80mph. 2. Exit Velo > 85mph. 3. Run a sub-7 60yd dash. You shouldn’t spend your money on “exposure”. You should invest it in development. Work hard. Get better. Exposure only works when you’re good enough 💡. #recruiting

If you… 1. Are not in HS yet. 2. Don’t throw over 80mph. 3. Don’t consistently hit the ball harder than 85mph. 4. Don’t run a low 7.0 60 or better../ Stop worrying about exposure. NOW. Stop spending your money on exposure. NOW. Lock yourself in a building & train. Period.

I’m sorry, but if you’ve never had to win baseball games (as a profession), you can’t criticize a coach for bunting. It’s easy to say bunting sucks from behind an L-screen while “hitting nukes”. Coach meaningful games. You’ll change your tune.

Things I’ve never been asked by a college coach about a potential recruit... 1. How many trophies did he win when he was 10U-15U? 2. What is his batting average? 3. What is he ranked? None of them. Ever. Focus on what’s important 👊🏻! Good player✅Good Student✅Good Person✅

Sorry to break it to all the Game Changer obsessed people out there, but I had a total of ZERO college coaches ask me for batting average or ERA on any player in our program...and we had over 30 college commits in the 2019 class. Stats aren’t as important as you may think 💰!
