My opponent was arrested on Oct. 4th for sexual indecency 190 ft from children playing at a childcare center. We still have not heard about a charging decision from the Maricopa County Attorney. Anyone know if this a typical timeframe for this process?

- Whew! Expanding the ability to carry a concealed weapon for 18-21 year olds FAILS for a second time in the #AZ House! Huge thanks to @MomsDemand for successfully fighting to stop this dangerous bill #azleg
- Thanks to @katiehobbs, the only governor candidate to answer thoughtful policy questions posed by @azcentral. Katie Hobbs is the measured, pragmatic leader Arizona needs -- let's vote for meaningful solutions, instead of chaos and uncertainty.
- ICYMI:⬇️ This is my opponent for the Maricopa Community College District Governing Board. He has NOT officially withdrawn from the race. He is still being promoted by AZ GOP party officials & candidates. Sign up to help us with voter outreach! kellibutleraz.org/get-involved
- We are so proud to have the endorsement of Arizona’s very own superhero! Huge thanks to Wonder Woman @RealLyndaCarter! ❤️🇺🇸 #LD4 #AZAs a native Arizonan, I am proud to endorse @KelliButlerAZ and @KarenGreshamAZ for the two LD4 seats in Arizona's State House. Kelli and Karen are both strong, experienced candidates, born and raised in Arizona. They are working mothers fighting for the rights that matter most to
- I am hearing many questions about the status of the race for the Maricopa County Community College District Governing Board. IMPORTANT UPDATE:
- All day long, dozens of armed state troopers hauled in bags & carts of weapons & equipment. They lined the hallways. I’ve never seen a response like it in my 6 yrs at #azleg, including the times heavily armed protesters & dudes w/horns were yelling at legislators.Overwhelmingly peaceful protest before DPS launched teargas from the 2nd floor Capital windows.
00:00 - As AZ's #COVID19 cases spiked in May & early June, Gov. Ducey prohibited local municipalities from requiring masks. When he finally lifted the prohibition on 6/17, cases dropped 75%. Thankful for our mayors who provided real leadership and saved lives by mandating masks.COVID-19 cases in Arizona dropped 75% after mask mandates began, report says azcentral.com/story/news/loc…
- Gilbert Public Schools faced a $10.22 million budget cut, due to declining enrollment of pandemic. Instead of lowering class sizes for a year, 152 teachers lost their jobs yesterday. Ducey STILL has a BILLION dollars sitting in the “rainy day fund”. It’s still not raining?
- The only way to change our worst-in-the-nation public ed funding is to change the majority party in the #AZ legislature. #LD4 is absolutely critical because it's one of very few purple districts-when @KarenGreshamAZ & I both win, it could create at least a TIE in the State House!A new study says Arizona has the worst public schools in the nation. There is a way to change that. azcentral.com/story/opinion/… via @azcentral
- Even though my opponent was arrested and admitted to public sexual indecency near a childcare center, here’s the @AZGOP handing out their voter guide endorsing him. This is at ASU West. Anyone else seeing these around?
