Due to COVID-19, it’s time to reflect on a historic 2019-2020 campaign for the Kankakee Fighting Kays. The Kays finished with the school’s best record ever (27-4) and multiple tournament titles, including their 2nd Regional title in 3 years and a Sweet 16 appearance. 😢
Kankakee used to have 2 schools: Eastridge (Raiders) and Westview (Kayhawks). Tonight, the Kays paid homage to Westview and its alums with these unis. Kankakee has a deep and rich history in athletics and we are keeping it alive. Tomorrow? It will be Navy Blue and Orange!!!!!
