- So, talking to people in various parts of Ukraine today, the mood is— we have to win in 3 weeks so planting season is not delayed.
- If you wonder why Ukrainians are fighting so resolutely-this is not new for us. When we declared independence in 1918, Russia went to war against us. In 1932-33 they committed a genocide, the Holodoor, confiscating all food and starving millions. This time, we will not lose.
