    Erdogan does not accept defeat and goes against the will of the people. AKP pressured YSK to re-run local elections in Istanbul. This ends the credibility of democratic transition of power through elections in Turkey.

    Which part? - lifting visa requirements by end 2016? - 6 billion € until 2018 (and no new funding foreseen)? - upgrading of Customs Union? (blocked by Council) - the opening of new accession chapters? (Never happened) - large scale resettlement? (Only 25.000 refugees in 3 yrs)

    Erdogan turned 🇹🇷 into an autocracy. It was barely impossible to beat the man who puts his opponents in jail, controls media and judiciary. Despite this, you showed half the country wants a different direction. Keep up hope! And EU may not forget about the democrats in Turkey.

    Muhalefet lideri Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu'a karşı çok çirkin linç girişimi. İktidardaki siyasetçilerin nefret söylemlerinden ilham aldılar büyük ihtimalle. Bu radikal kutuplaşma son bulmalı. Türkiye bundan çok daha iyisidir.
