- The US officially reentered the Paris climate accord today.
- Trump just called Harris a “shit vice president” at his campaign event in Pennsylvania.

- I asked Trump about The Atlantic reporting he said “I need the kind of generals that Hitler had.” Trump: “No, I never said that. I would never say that. It’s a rag that he made up stories. He’s done it before. It’s a failing magazine. Right before the election."
00:00 - Anheuser-Busch, the national brewer that produces Budweiser, announces it will give away free alcohol if the nation reaches President Biden's goal of having 70% of US adults partially vaccinated by July 4.
- White House press secretary Jen Psaki says she is going to start taking questions from regional reporters who do not live in Washington in her briefings. The first reporter to appear virtually at the briefing is from Alaska.
- Biden has nominated two female generals to four-star commands, the Defense Department announced over the weekend, after their promotions were reportedly delayed for months over fears that Trump would reject them because they are women.
- Someone at the site of the bridge collapse in Pittsburgh told President Biden that Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg called them “first thing” and has been “very helpful.” “That’s why I hired more damn mayors than anybody else,” Biden said with a laugh.
- Biden: “It’s time to hold every elected official's feet to the fire and ask them: Are you for banning assault weapons, yes or no? Ask them. If the answer is no, vote against them.”
- Trump made a campaign stop at a bar in Greenwich Village and someone in the apartment next door blasted Taylor Swift for hours and put up a sign that said “GUILTY AS SIN.”
- Biden: “After these rules go into effect, a pair of hearing aids could cost hundreds of dollars, not thousands. And you'll be able to pick them up at your local drugstore.”
