- I am saddened by the loss of everyone on that DC flight, but especially so by the loss of Jinna Han. She was a remarkable skater. It was obvious someone had once given her the instruction to pick someone in the crowd and skate just for them, and she took it to heart.
- I hope this is coming through on TV. This crowd is loud and amazing. We don’t have official numbers yet, but I think it definitely surpassed expectations.

- Quick note on PWHL Boston’s attendance last night that a lot of people did not realize: MIAA and prep school girls hockey plays many of their games on Wednesday nights. It is always going to be difficult to pull any HS players on a Wednesday.
- Alyssa Liu just tried a triple Axel at the end of practice but fell. Her short program run through was good - that program is going to really sing in the big arena tomorrow. She is skating faster than earlier in the season. #WorldFigure
- I won’t be tweeting much for the next few days because of my newest sidekick, who was born yesterday. If you need us, we’ll just be over here, hanging out and watching sports.
- The TD Garden has just announced that the Women's Beanpot Championship will be held there on January 23, 2024, and will be sponsored by Dunkin'.
- Just spoke to Jimmy Ma, Four Continents bronze medalist who is skating in Sunday’s Legacy On Ice show. He and others are putting together a group number with other skaters to memorialize The Skating Club of Boston members lost in last month’s DC airplane crash.
