- My daughter’s HS teacher is off with Covid. I guess he’s not allowed to say that so he messaged his students and said. “I stubbed my toe and will be off for a week because I don’t want any of you to stub your toes”. What an icon.
- I have U.S. election anxiety…even though I’m Canadian.
- After five long years, my oncologist broke up with me today saying that I had finally graduated from Cancer U and we don’t need to see each other anymore. I made him do it on camera. (Yes, he’s the best). 😉

- My Mom died today, on her 76th birthday. She was tiny with an enormous personality and heart. I am sick with grief but so proud to have been her daughter. There is more laughter in heaven now. Crank the Elvis. Marilyn has arrived.

- I broke my ankle March 11 and was in and out of urgent care in 2 hours including xray and boot cast. I’ve been back every 2 weeks for X-rays and check ups. Never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointment. Not every story is a bad one. (And it’s free) 🇨🇦
- Fun fact. As a guest in the House this week watching Question Period live, I realized that all the heckling, jeering, interrupting and shouting only comes from one side of the room. I’m not exaggerating when I say, the PM’s side of the room NEVER does it. (All other parties do)
