- Every now and again you get to call extra special games. This was one of them. Plato beats Watertown 1-0 in a game for the town ball ages. I’m blessed.
00:00 - Feel bad for ARodgers, but more importantly, has anyone checked on Joe Buck? I’m worried he could be standing on a ledge somewhere.
- Congrats to both @ngdutchmen and @BoniSaints. Both organizations informed the CRVL this evening they WILL have lights beginning with the 2024 season.
- The last six Class C champions.... 2012 - Maple Lake 2013 - Sartell 2014 - Sobieski 2015 - Plato 2016 - Raymond 2017 - Kimball ....all remain as we go the final weekend.
- What’s great about town ball? You see legends. Legends who competed against each other. Pat Kohls (YA) walked into the park and had three hits. Tim Luskey (GI) homered and Tony Wischnack (NG) struck out 15. Ok, this was years ago, but they’re still around. Baseball.
- @Chaskacubs and @WaconiaLakers receive the 2021 state tournament and @DundasDukes and @FaribaultLakers will get the 2022 state tournament
- Thanks to everyone who tuned in on the radio or via the app this past weekend for the Region 7C Tournament. Almost 8,000 total listener sessions on the app alone. Pretty incredible. Hoping to have all the games downloaded for playback by Wednesday. @CRVL_Baseball @7cRegion
- KGLB and the HJ have teamed up to bring you a @CRVL_Baseball All-Decade Team. The 30-player team will be announced during a broadcast on AM 1310 and FM 96.1 Sunday, May 10 at 4pm. This 30-player team was put together by @Kovar_HJsports @JT_Monahan @ChrisDammann and myself.

It happens.Saints gift Waterville two runs with a couple errors and they hit a 309 foot HR that’s an out in any other park. 4-2 loss. Homie pitched another great CG as usual, our bats just couldn’t capitalize with runners on. Tomorrow we travel to the winner of Blue Earth/Gaylord
