    I’m going to be real. Kids have to be ok with going JUCO now. I know it doesn’t sound cool, but this transfer portal is just way too appealing for college coaches. Guys want to get older not younger. I know Instagram won’t like JUCO, but if you got game it will all work out.

    HS kids hate catch & shoot 3s. It’s the weirdest thing. They much rather fight a World War 3 to get a shot attempt. Guys feel like if they aren’t playing Wrestlemania with the basketball & defender then they aren’t playing their game. Corner 3 gets you paid just turn on your TV.

    If the only way you impact a game is by scoring then you’re not good at basketball. You’re just good at scoring. If you have an A in Math, but an F in History & English that means you’re not a good student. You’re just good at Math. Only guys that value winning will understand.

    These kids listen to NBA YoungBoy, Pooh Shiesty, etc before games to go get out rebounded & out toughed once the game starts. You can’t even take coaching, you’re not tough! Funny era we live in. Delusional is a sickness.

    Get to practice 30 minutes early this week & get a workout in. Only work on skills that you are absolutely terrible at. Stay after practice for 30 minutes & work on the skill you are elite at. Watch film to take a dive into your defense all week. Easy way to get better this week!

    I have never met anybody as OBSESSED with getting better as Arizona St’s incoming Guard Josh Christopher. I can honestly say he’s obsessed with being the best. @Jaygup23 passion & determination is unmatched. You have to fall in love with the grind! @Ballislife #JuVSandbox 🤞🏽

    That college coach calling you everyday telling corny jokes & “just checking in” is going to be on you every single day when you get to campus. You better be ready to bring it with zero excuses. That nice guy on the phone is going to turn into straight BUSINESS real fast.

    Sorry to tell you, but when you get to college absolutely nothing is about you. No more meetings about you wanting to play point guard or get more shots. The coach is going to give you a job & you’re either going to do it or not play. Jobs are on the line for coaches & players.
