On behalf of several physicians here at Yale who watched this & are heart-broken, please help us identify & contact this child in #Gaza and deliver a message to her: „We hear you, the world hears you! You will have a future & we‘ll help you become a doctor! Don‘t lose hope!“

To be crystal clear: this message is NOT a political statement and should not be used for any propaganda. It is meant to help an innocent child who is caught in a war zone regain hope and an outlook for a better future. Please help identify her / parents and deliver the message.

The constitutionalist that I am, you sadly leave me no other option but to post this - be educated please. The Founding Fathers never meant for this country to be ruled by the Church, or any religion for that matter:

It took 2 MR physicists, one MR body radiologist, 5 grad and med students, a resident, 3 vets, >$50k in expenses, 9 months of work and the presence of a high-end modern @SiemensHealth 3T VIDA MRI to finally image extracellular pH in an HCC growing in a cirrhotic liver of a

Essential reason to remain in academia: your ability to make a huge difference in the lives of students. Derive joy from opening doors to those who deserve it the most and expect it the least. Take down barriers you yourself had to overcome. Pass on good karma. Correct injustice.

Bad and inaccurate reporting. The inside cockpit view is not a B-2.

Overheard at Yale: “Everyone: Please practice social distancing, retreat to loneliness as much as possible and don’t touch or interact with other people too much. Diagnostic Radiologists: please carry on as before!”

We had a great @Yale_IR #IOlab meeting tonight that was interrupted by a really lovely call from our promotions committee chair who told me that I’m promoted to Associate Professor. That’s super cool, but took a village of partners & mentors. Incredibly thankful. 💪🇺🇸👍🙏🏼😇❤️🥲

    Thank you @ScottGottliebMD for highlighting our @YaleMed @YaleMedicine @YaleIBIO @YalePCCSM super-brains @DelaCruzYaleMed and @VirusesImmunity ! Janeway and Osler would be proud!
This simple, accurate saliva test could soon be first test authorized for asymptomatic screening and may be lowest cost test to hit market with ability to be pooled. It’s independent of supply chains. Runs in 2 hours. Owes to work of NBA, Yale docs, others medrxiv.org/content/10.110…

@VirusesImmunity was of course right from the beginning and on every issues so far. We need to remember and discredit those who - despite good evidence and scientific knowledge - kept gaslighting and trolling us throughout this pandemic. #ListenToScience
