If Washington, the EU & the UN were really serious about stopping the murderous M23 in its tracks, they could slap an arms embargo against Rwanda, halt all military cooperation with Kigali & level individual sanctions against Kagame, Kabarebe, Kazura & other henchmen...but alas.

The Congolese know how difficult it is to negotiate an end to war with Kagame's Rwanda, a predatory country that has consistently used bad faith & deceptive tactics to gain leverage. It lied about invading Zaire then bragged about it. Same for creating AFDL/RCD/CNDP/M23 militias.

Empty words. The international community has done nothing to stop Rwanda, the country behind this military offensive and carnage in Congo. It could have slapped an arms embargo against Rwanda at least, or halted military cooperation with Kigali & levelled individual sanctions
