MIT and the University of North Carolina system have publicly eliminated their DEI offices. Both clearly laid out that the efforts have been ineffective. I hope that MUSC will drop its requirement for employees to sign these secular statements of faith.

Representative SC House 117. BBQ, liberty, and theology enthusiast. Chairman - SC Freedom Caucus. Proverbs 21:15
- I just sent a letter formally requesting that Attorney General Wilson claw back all of the tax dollars that have been sent to Planned Parenthood since the injunction in August of 2018. SC taxpayers deserve to get their money back!
- SC has a supermajority in both houses & the governorship. There’s no good reason we don’t have closed primaries. And there’s no good reason we should have a 6th Congressional district that’s rigged for Democrats.SC should abolish our gerrymandered Democratic congressional seat and make every district more competitive. Republicans can win in every part of South Carolina, and we should give the voters the chance to make it happen.
- I’ve requested that the SC House have a hearing with Director Kerr to get to the bottom of this.Turns out it was actually the SC Medicaid office who was distributing voter registration forms to non-citizens. This will be stopped.
- Our Republican SUPERMAJORITY should mean Democrats shouldn’t be running budget committees (or any other committees, for that matter)Just how bad is the South Carolina GOP? @Jscottpace, chair of the @SCFreedomCaucus tells me that entire subcommittees on Ways and Means are chaired by Dems with majority Dem members. This is how the state has become a Mecca for the green new deal? rumble.com/v6098uw-republ…
00:00 - Sadly, both of SC’s senators voted against the spending cuts. The Senate is voting on my amendment to cut spending by at least $1.5 trillion. We voted for fiscal responsibility when we elected @realDonaldTrump and the Senate should vote for it now!
- Did you know that as a ratio of their GDP, Florida’s state budget about 50% smaller than SC? Florida has NO income tax, a full month sales tax holiday, and is seriously considering eliminating property taxes on homes entirely. Leadership matters
- A state with a Democrat governor did this before SC. The @SCFreedomCaucus will bring this fight again to our statehouse in January 2025!BREAKING: North Carolina public universities have closed their DEI offices, eliminated 59 DEI positions, and saved $17,118,889, according to a new report today:
- Government universities in SC started doing this a couple of years ago after the @SCFreedomCaucus exposed them for spending millions of tax payer dollars on discriminatory policies. We’re excited to fight alongside @POTUS to root out these bad policies at their sourcesDEI: Federal agencies ‘rebranding’ DEI are committing fraud against the United States. They should be identified, fired, and prosecuted.
- The @SCFreedomCaucus offered amendments to the budget to gut DEI from SC universities. Our members have also led the way on rooting out DEI from state agencies. Hopefully the moderates in the House GOP caucus will now get on board🚨 President Trump restores merit-based hiring to the federal government
00:00 - Says the governor that signed 10 years of budgets that spent tens of millions on DEI, billions of taxpayer dollars to subsidize Green New Deal companies & policies, and billions in unaccountable legislative earmarks that continue to drive inflation…President Trump's inauguration is a powerful reminder that America's best days are ahead of us. We stand ready to work alongside President Trump to make America stronger, safer, and more prosperous than ever before. Let's get to work!
- Replying to @ConceptualJamesI’m running to defeat her in SC House 117 where she’s currently the incumbent. You can help me defeat her at JordanPace.com
- 🚨TAX HIKE UPDATE: Leadership has postponed H.4216 They can’t delay themselves out of this. Keep telling your Reps to tell Leadership to fix the bill. Cut taxes for everyone & shrink the size of government!House Ways and Means Committee set to adjourn debate on the GOP-led income tax rate plan after many member requests for more information. Rep. Brandon Newton says they don't think it's right to vote on the bill now, but says still committed to passing income tax reform in 2025.
- SC House Leadership needs to fix H 4216. While I agree that a flat tax is a step in a good direction, we can’t raise taxes on the majority of the state. The way to cut taxes is to CUT SPENDING!
