- I have a message for the women of North Carolina: you still have a legal right to an abortion in our state. North Carolina state law protects women's reproductive freedoms. 1/
- BREAKING: Today, I joined 22 other attorneys general in filing a brief with the United States Supreme Court opposing Texas’ radical, anti-democratic lawsuit. This suit seeks to overturn the will of the people by throwing out the votes of tens of millions Americans. 1/
- BREAKING: Fantastic news for voters and the health of our democracy -- the NC Supreme Court just struck down the legislative and congressional maps as an unconstitutional partisan gerrymander. The maps violate a voter's fundamental right to vote.
- BREAKING: Today, I, along with some colleagues, sued Sec. Betsy DeVos for putting the interests of predatory, for-profit schools trying to take advantage of students, ahead of those students investing in their education. Her rule is wrong & unlawful. And I'm fighting to block it.
- You may have heard that my opponent called himself a "NAZI." That he said, "Slavery is not bad." That he mocked a woman who said she was raped. Folks, I've said it before — and I'll say it again: Mark Robinson is unfit to become NC's next Governor.
- BREAKING: My office is supporting federal law enforcement efforts to investigate NCians who participated in the raid on the U.S. Capitol. If you have any information about a NCian who participated in this lawless insurrection, please email investigationtips@ncdoj.gov .
- Replying to @JoshStein_This is true even after the Supreme Court today stripped women of their right to an abortion under the Constitution by overturning Roe v. Wade. If we want to keep our freedoms under state law, then we have to elect state officials who commit to protecting them. 2/2

- Breaking: Today, I reached an agreement with the US Postal Service to ensure timely mail delivery in future elections. In 2020, the Postal Service made 11th hour changes that put their mail-in votes at risk of not being counted. 1/2
- Replying to @JoshStein_Court after court has determined that its factual allegations are false. The complaint asks the Supreme Court to simply ignore the voters in several states and order legislators in those states to replace the voters’ choice with their own. 2/
