A TDSB teacher showed the video of the Kirk assassination to 11-year-olds.
One parent says: “While playing this video repeatedly, he gave a speech to his students regarding anti-fascism, anti-trans, and how Kirk deserved for this to occur.”

- I’m confused. If parliament isn’t sitting, how can Ottawa announce billions in new spending?Ottawa announces $6 billion aid package for businesses hit by trade war ctvnews.ca/business/artic…
- PM-designate Carney just said that while health care in the U.S. is a business, “in Canada, it’s a right.” Is that why 20% of us don’t have a family doctor? Is that why people here die on waiting lists? Is that why people raise money on GoFundMe to get surgeries in the U.S.?
- We should have been nicer to Alberta. They’ve forked over $240 billion in transfer payments over the past 11 years, which have funded social programs in low-productivity provinces. In exchange, they’ve been treated like a pariah & told they must phase out their main industry.Great day with the #President. A gracious host. And, he shot a 68! My recommendation, try the Trump Burger! @ABDanielleSmith @realDonaldTrump
- I love Canada but there's so much about it that's been frustrating lately. I just went to Japan for the first time and it really highlighted just how bad things have gotten here. Rather than wallowing in self-pity, I've decided to share my top 5 things we can learn from Japan. 👇
- Who else remembers seven months ago when Minister Freeland resigned because the deficit was $61.9 billion? The Carney government is poised to post a massive deficit of more than $92 billion during this fiscal year, almost double what was forecast just a few months ago, a new report says nationalpost.com/news/canada/wi…
- Ridiculous of @ParksCanada to cancel a permit for a concert based on the religion and political views of a performer. Why is this country so absurdly stupid?
- This is authoritarianism, plain and simple. And it’s not the first time we’ve seen this from @TimHoustonNS.WOAH: Nova Scotia Premier, Tim Houston, announces that citizens are now banned from entering the woods including HIKING to prevent wildfires. 00:00 - A friend just unloaded torrent of anger on me about the state of Canada. He’s worked 11-hour days since age 22 to save a down payment. Just got house far away & had kid Age 38. Now house poor & exhausted. Know what he blames? Uncontrolled immigration levels. He’s an immigrant btw
- Update on @jordanbpeterson’s fight with the College of Psychologists, which disciplined him for his political speech. They offered $24,000 to resign. He’s spent 25X that. Plus they can’t find a “social media expert” willing to re-educate him. 😂
- Remember when those LCBO robbers, one of who pulled a knife, sped the wrong way down the 401, killing four members of a family, including a baby? One of them (the passenger) has been sentenced to 5.5 months. Yep, he’s out! We all know what happens next.
- Will CTV and CBC follow this story? Or is it only an issue when it’s Bev Oda.MP @KayabagaArielle billed $174K in "personnel" costs for 9 days' work as Gov't House Leader though House was out of session & she spent the entire time in her riding. @PrivyCouncilCA would not comment. blacklocks.ca/billed-173574-… #cdnpoli
- Replying to @JoshDehaas1. People still have manners. They don't talk loudly, play music in public or cut in lines. They say please & thanks. They respect personal space. They even bow to each other! These small gestures cost nothing but make life better. We used to have manners. Let's try that again!
- Replying to @JoshDehaas5. Japan chose innovation over importing cheap labour. Restaurants use machines that pour perfect pints with push of a button & tablets take orders so few servers are needed. Vending machines sell everything. Time to try growth through innovation instead of mass immigration?
