- If you have a vacant home and don’t want it on @purplepingers’ list, there are two simple options: 1. Get $30,000+ per year in rent. 2. Get hundreds of thousands of dollars, or millions, for selling it. The fact you’re turning these down, then complaining, is actually insane.
