“The 70th hole is a nice time to take the lead of a golf tournament. Yeah, or the 52nd hole if you play somewhere else.” —Rory McIlroy. He just gets better and better.

Your home club maintains the fringe like this right? Local barbers throwing a #2 fade on the fringes at Oakmont. @usopengolf @NBCSports #golfchannel

LIV GOLFERS want the right to play in PGA TOUR events at their leisure. Is Liv gonna open the doors to PGA tour players in their events when they choose to? No,because there are only 48 guys. In response to world ranking points? You knew the deal going in. Be mad at your agent.

Very little known fact that in the 1913 US Open won by Francis Ouimet, Jim Furyk’s caddie Fluff was on the bag for Harry Vardon.

I’ve caddied here for 20+ years and have seen a lot happen on 16. Ill never see anything better than Amy. #IGotThis
"Amy ... you're our hero." How a superstar named Amy teamed up with @GaryWoodland to win the hearts of the 16th hole crowd @WMPhoenixOpen. #LiveUnderPar

Masters Week. Thought it would be interesting (@NoLayingUp ) to show a real ANGC yardage book. My favorite course in the world to caddy. So exacting. Only course in the world I kept a chipping book (last 2 photos.) Any questions?

The PGA Tour can’t abandon match play. 1 week a year. It’s so refreshing & fun to watch,to play,to commentate. I think the players love it, as do the fans. Maybe 1 of the designated events will take a look at it. It will make them stand out from the crowd.Find a way to keep it in

It should be mandatory for anyone who wants to be a course architect to spend a week at Riviera. An unremarkable piece of land. Not long. Not a real penalty area on the course...maybe a chance or two to hit one OB...no thick rough...and it holds up EVERY YEAR.

I can’t wrap my head around having a week @ The Open Championship @ St. Andrews where history drips from every pore, where you walk in the footsteps of every great who ever played, where the 2 greatest opined on the negative effects of this new tour,& then decide to leave.

Yes rub of the green.Yes good breaks bad breaks. But this is the most patently unfair rule in golf. It’s the only rule that says one player is permitted free relief from this exact position, another player is not. Let’s fix this @USGA@Paul_Casey

They should change the @PGATOUR rules in case of a playoff. Just have one of the two players play the first playoff hole. If he birdies, the tournaments over and the other guy doesn’t have to get his clubs dirty.

Firmly believe had Norman been able to close @ The Masters & US OPEN, and he was still relevant in the game, none of this would be happening. Narcissism, greed, and irrelevance is a dangerous combination.
